With zero followers on social media, an email list of 400, no content, no sales page, and no funnel, and a $50 webpage, Toni decided she would launch a membership and build it on the way down. She sent out a non-fancy google doc with her idea to everyone on her list and invited them to sign up.

Cue the 300 sign-ups later and a 6-figure day. Yep, you read that correctly!
