Who here, like me, has a love-hate relationship with goal setting?
It seems there are two 'goal' camps. Those who LOVE goals swear by goals have probably named their firstborn after goals. And then there's my camp. Those that think goal setting is a bit…….meh! (There, it's on the record. )
For those of us who are big picture, highly ambitious, intuitive, competitive overachievers; goal setting can be a recipe for failure with a side of never-ending hustle!
